Compensation: $106K to $110K
Responsible for month end closing and financial reporting process including account analysis and reconciliation.
Assists accounting team in the day to day operations of the department, including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, equipment fleet management, inventory management and general ledger.
Coordinate with Project costs & controls accountant and project management on job billings, changes orders, subcontract billings, job costs, projected costs and budgets
Responsible for preparation and compliance with all audits.
Coordinates communication and requests from corporate office accounting staff.
Prepares and reviews procedures for equipment repair and maintenance cost accounting and fleet financial analysis.
Assures that effective communications are maintained within all areas of accounting.
Responsible for the review of all taxation reporting with government or regulatory agencies and that there is compliance with federal and state laws (including, but not limited to tax).
Reviews parts inventory procedures and recommends improvements to inventory management practices.
Coordinates and implements training for staff in accounting software programs as needed.
Responsible for assisting in the management of established systems, controls and operational data to ensure data integrity and accuracy, including any system implementation or upgrades.
Initiates and assists in any implementation of improvements to the mapped accounting processes.
Assist in the organizational security in accounting software and electronic data.
Assist with recruiting, training and evaluating accounting staff.

Five years of experience in a similar role.
CPA or Candidate is preferred
Bachelors degree in Accounting
Experience in a high volume AP and AR
Managing a staff of more than 3 direct reports
ERP Software Experience
